Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping options & rates (USD)

• Free Express (2 business days) — on all orders over $150.
• Standard — $7.90, delivered in 4–7 business days.
• Express — $14.90, delivered in 2–3 business days.

Shipment timeframe & delays

We ship within the time stated above, or — if no time is stated — within 30 days of your order, as required by the FTC's 30-Day Rule. If we are unable to ship within the applicable time, we will notify you of the delay and give you the choice to consent to the new shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund.

U.S. & international delivery

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. International delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 3 business days, contact contact@sp5der-official.com.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss for all purchases pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, or is significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
