Returns & Refunds

30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email contact@sp5der-official.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a tracked, prepaid service. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at contact@sp5der-official.com.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale or archive / sold out are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.
